Chicken Pulimuchi
Pulimunchi is one of the famous dishes from Costal Mangalore - Udupi. Pulimuchi is a unique balance of flavours. It’s tangy from the ‘puli’ or tamarind, and mildly hot from an assortment of dry-fried spices.
Chicken Sukka
Kori Rotti
Kori Rotti is a spicy dish of Tulu Udupi-Mangalorean cuisine, a combination of red-chili based Chicken Curry and crisp, dry wafers made from boiled rice. This is one of the famous and most loved dish from Mangalore – Udupi.
Neer Dosa
Neer dosa are thin, fluffy and lacy crepes made with ground rice batter. The recipe is naturally gluten-free and vegan. Neer dosa is yet another variety of dosa from the Mangalore - Udupi cuisine. The word ‘neer’ translates to ‘water’ in tulu language, which means ‘water dosa’. these dosas are so called as the batter is watery and not thick like the usual dosa batter.
Chicken Ghee Roast
Chicken Ghee Roast is a classic recipe among South Indian chicken dishes. Its origins go back to a small town, Kundapur, close to Mangalore. You will find this exotic chicken dish on almost every Mangalore restaurant menu. Pundi or Pundi Gatti, usually a round shaped soft rice dumpling belonging to Mangalorean cuisine, native to Tulu Nadu region of India, prepared by soaking, grinding, tempering, cooking and finally steaming the rice.
